More than 70 years on, we’re still family owned, but we’ve grown to become New Zealand’s leading motorhome and caravan manufacturer, and retailer based right here in Pukekohe. Our customers have invested in their dream lifestyle with us and trust us to look after them throughout their journey.

We currently have a vacancy available in our Service Centre working on motorhomes and caravans. The Service Centre Auto Electrician provides repair, installation and warranty work, specialising in the RV electrical and electronic fields.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment, repairs, and installation of RV electrical and heating systems, solar systems, lithium upgrades
• Provide technical support, solutions to workshop technicians
• Collaborate with TrailLite Manufacturing team to assist in the delivery of customer experience improvements
• Bring strong attention to detail, always looking to improve and go beyond to exceed customer expectations

Who are we looking for? - Someone that has:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• An electrical trade qualification (preferred but not essential).
• In depth understanding of electrical systems, including installations and diagnostic experience especially with C-Zone and Redarc preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• A positive and fun team member.
• Reliable and organised.
